Description
Birch Holt Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and render, topped with a pantile roof featuring brick coped gables with kneelers. The building has two brick gable stacks and includes a first floor band and dentilated eaves. It is arranged in three bays and consists of a single storey plus an attic. The central doorway has a six-panel door and is sheltered by a rustic gabled wooden porch. This doorway is flanked by two tall, two-light chamfered mullion windows with glazed doors, all of which have segment heads. Above, there are three 19th-century gabled dormers, each with two-light casements.
