Description

A group of early 19th-century cottages, forming one long building, constructed of coursed stone with an old tile roof and three brick stacks. The building is three storeys high and has six windows. Three windows on the top storey to the right have keystones. Four windows have modern glazing, two on the first floor to the left. The remaining windows are hung sashes with glazing bars. There are three similar wooden doorcases, each featuring reeded pilasters and small hoods, rectangular fanlights, and door knockers on four-panel doors. Foot scrapers are also present. The building has a rendered plinth. Numbers 23 and 27 to 45 (odd), including the Manor House, form a separate group.
