Description

31 Northgate is a building from probably the 19th century, featuring two storeys and a cement-rendered exterior with a parapet and mullion windows. While the building itself is of little architectural interest, it has a notable medieval four-centred door with a rectangular dripmould and a worn foliated stop. The rear of the building includes a re-used mullion window with a rectangular dripmould. This listing primarily highlights these specific features. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 23 and 27 to 45 (odd), as well as the Manor House.
