Description

3 Eastgate is a late 18th-century building of three storeys, constructed in brick with a pantile roof. It has brick stacks at the gable ends and a brick eaves cornice. The front originally had two windows, but now only one window remains on the first floor, featuring a segmental head, hung sashes with glazing bars. A shop front was added in the late 19th century. The building is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 15 (odd) and the premises adjacent to Sleaford Maternity Home to the west.
