Description

Holly Cottage is an early 19th-century brick cottage situated on the west side of High Street, Eagle and Swinethorpe. The building has a pantile roof with a single gable stack. It is two storeys high. The central doorway is a 20th-century addition with a flat brick head. To either side of the door are single margin light sashes, and above these are two further margin light sashes, all set beneath segmental brick arches.
