Description

Holly Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the north side of Scarle Lane in Eagle and Swinethorpe. The building is constructed of brick and rendered, topped with a pantile roof and has an L-shaped plan with two ridge stacks. It is two storeys high. The eastern facade features two glazing bar sashes on the ground floor and two above, all set under segmental brick arches. The south facade is partially rendered and includes a 20th-century glazed door, along with one glazing bar sash on each storey.
