Description

31 Southgate is an 18th-century building of two storeys. It is painted and rough rendered, with a pantile roof and a brick stack to the right. Brick is also visible on the side. The front has two windows without glazing bars. A plain 19th-century shop front with two windows and plain pilasters is present, along with a flat-arched opening to the left. The building forms a group with Nos. 23 to 31 (odd).
