Description

Nos 28 and 30 Southgate are early to mid-19th century buildings that stand three storeys tall. They are constructed of gault brick and feature a wooden eaves cornice. Each building has three windows with moulded stone surrounds, and the hung sashes include glazing bars. A cornice is also present on the first floor, with banding continuing along the cills. No 28 has a modern shop front, while No 30 retains the remains of a 19th-century shop front. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 26 to 34 Southgate.
