Description

Two late 18th-century houses, raised and extended in the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of brick with a stone plinth and have a slate roof with two gable stacks. A chamfered plinth, a band at first-floor level, and modillion wooden eaves are present. The houses are three storeys and four bays wide. There are two reeded doorcases, each with a pediment. Glazing bar sashes are found throughout. To the left, a door is flanked to the right by a triple sash window. Above these are a 19th-century plain sash and a triple sash. Above again are two sashes. To the right, a door is flanked by single canted bay windows, arranged over two storeys. The lower part of the right window has been removed and replaced with a garage door. Above this are three sashes. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
