GV II

House. Mid C18, with late C19 additions and C20 alterations. Brick with slate roof and single gable and side wall stacks. Moulded dentilled wooden eaves, brick coped gable. 2 storeys plus attics, 3 x 4 bays. Street front has a central canted bay window, mid C18, with cornice and glazing bar sashes. Above, three C18 glazing bar sashes with flat arches. South front has a full width single storey addition, late C19, with wooden balustrade to flat roof. 2 glazing bar sashes flanked by single doors, all with segmental heads. The left door belongs to No.11 Steep Hill. Above and behind, 3 French windows and to right, a casement, all C20. Above again, a gabled dormer, and to right, an unusual 2-light casement, both C19. INTERIOR not inspected.
