Cottage. 1785, C20. Colourwashed brick. Pantile roof with coped and tumbled gables continuing in tumbled catslide to north return; single ridge and gable stacks. Single storey and attic, 3 bay front with central doorway with raised keystone inscribed "GB 1785" and partially glazed panelled door. Doorway flanked by single glazing bar sashes with raised keystones. All three openings with segmental heads. 2 C20 gabled dormers above with 2 light casements under segmental heads.
