Description

This building, located at No. 6 St. Lawrence Street, is a shop with accommodation above, currently functioning as a cafeteria. It dates from the late 18th century and has some 20th-century alterations. The structure is made of red brick and features a concrete tiled roof that is hipped to the north, with a single ridge and hip stacks. It stands three storeys tall and has a two-bay front. The modern shop front includes a glazed door on the left and three large glass panes on the right, topped by a broad plank entablature. Above the shop front, there are two plain sash windows, and above those, two smaller plain sash windows, all with segmental heads. This building is included in the listing for its group value only.
