Farm cottage. Early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, some whitewashed. Pantile roof with brick coped tumbled gables, single brick gable stacks. Lower rear wing also with gable stack. 2 storey, 2 bay front with brick dentillated eaves, off- centre planked door with to right a margin light sash, both with segmental brick heads. To first floor 2 similar windows with flat heads. Rear wing has planked door and single margin lights to each floor, the left hand side is whitewashed with cat slide roof to dairy.
