Description
The Unitarian Chapel, built in 1821, is a Presbyterian chapel located on Mill Lane in Woodhall Spa. It features red brick construction and a slate roof with stone-coped gables and an end gable stack. The front is a single storey with three bays, including two large glazing bar sash windows. At the left end, there is a two-storey section with a glazing bar casement window and a sliding sash window above it, reaching to the eaves. The remaining windows have brick segmental heads. The gable end includes a 20th-century gabled porch that covers the original double entrance doors. Above the doors, there is a stone band and an oval ashlar panel displaying the datestone "1821." At the rear, there is a lower two-bay 19th-century extension that contains additional outer offices.
