Cottage. Mid C18. Colour-washed brick. Pantile roof. Single ridge red brick stack. Raised eaves band. Lobby entry plan. Single storey plus attic, 4 bays. Doorway with C20 door. Either side are single sashes and on the far right a single blocked window opening. All openings under segmental arches. Above are 2 sloping roof dormers with single casements.
