Willow Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It features two red brick gable stacks and brick coped gables with tumbling. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central doorway is fitted with a 20th-century door, and on either side are single 20th-century cross casements. Above these, there are two similar casements. All ground floor openings are set under segmental arches. At the rear, there is a lean-to. This building is included for its group value only.
