Description

Sandy Gate Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It features two gable stacks and brick-coped gables with tumbling. The building has two storeys plus a garret and is arranged in three bays. The central doorway has a panelled door and an overlight, with single plain sash windows with margin lights on either side. Above, there are three similar sash windows, all of which are set under segmental arches. The rear of the farmhouse has an outshut that also features tumbling.
