It is designed in an L-plan and has two storeys with five bays. The central doorway has a part glazed and panelled door with a plain reveal. To the right of the doorway is another single glazing bar sash under a flat arch. Above, there are four glazing bar sashes under segmental arches, with a single central lozenge plaque inscribed 'M.D. The Guanock House 1699'. The first floor band features four tie plates.
