Description

Ivy House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Wood Street. It features a roughcast facade with a double band at the first-floor sill and has a double span roof adorned with fretted bargeboards. The front section is covered with slates, while the rear has old tiles. The chimneys have been removed. The house is two storeys high and has four sash windows with glazing bars. A fine early 19th-century trellis porch is positioned off-center, and the entrance includes a six-panelled door with a fanlight above.
