Description
Side Hollows Farmhouse is an 18th-century house constructed of red brick, featuring brick eaves and cambered lintels, topped with a plain tiled roof from the 20th century. It has a central and end stack made of later blue bricks and stands three storeys tall. The building has a two-window section with brick string courses and a stone plinth in parts. To the right, there is an early 19th-century one-window extension. The windows include 8/8 sashes, with eight-pane windows on the top storey, and a 2/2 sash that replaces the original door in the main section. An outshut is present at the right end, while the left end features a door with a 2/2 sash above and a casement window in the attic. At the rear, there is an 18th-century two-storey wing with 20th-century windows.
