Chapel, 1820. Red brick, cement rendered with hipped slate roof. Central door to front elevation, 6 panel, with arched fanlight over. Incised stone above, "Worthington Methodist Chapel, A.D. 1820." Small 6 pane sash window over. Side elevations each have 2 16-pane sash windows with stone sills.
