Description

The Methodist Chapel, built in 1820, is constructed of red brick and has a cement-rendered finish with a hipped slate roof. The front elevation features a central six-panel door topped by an arched fanlight. Above the door, there is an incised stone inscription that reads, "Worthington Methodist Chapel, A.D. 1820." A small six-pane sash window is located above the door. Each side elevation has two sixteen-pane sash windows with stone sills.
