Description

The Baptist Chapel, built in 1834, is a two-storey structure made of red brick with a hipped slated roof. It features three windows, which are sashes with flat arches made of gauged brick, flush frames, and small panes. The central bay is slightly set forward and includes a pair of three-panelled entrance doors topped by a blind fanlight under a semi-circular arch of gauged brick. The fanlight has the repainted date of 1834. The interior has not been examined, but it is believed that the original gallery and furnishings still remain.
