Description

This is a mid-18th century house on The Green, Coalville. Constructed of brick, it has been rendered and is topped with a plain tile roof and a large, rendered chimney stack at the centre. The house is three storeys high, with a three-window facade arranged as a 1-1-1 pattern, the central section projecting slightly. Most windows have keystones, and contain 19th-century sash windows with glazing bars. There are blind windows in the central part of the building. A 20th-century door is present.
