The stable and granary with dovecote, located to the rear of Lily Bank Farmhouse, is a small detached building likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof. The lower section contains two stalls and a loose box, along with several small wood-mullioned windows. The upper section has three rows of pigeon holes on two sides and is accessible via an external brick stairway.
