Description

Kincot is an 18th-century house with 20th-century alterations, located on The Green in Little Kineton. It is constructed of coursed rubble with ironstone dressings, featuring a renewed tile roof and a brick stack on the right end. The house is single-storey with an attic, presenting a two-window facade. The entrance, located on the right side, has a 20th-century door. Windows are fitted with 2-light casements and have rendered stone lintels. Gabled half-dormers are also present, each containing 2-light casements. The rear elevation includes a 2-light casement, a half-glazed door, a flat-roofed dormer, and a small single-storey 20th-century addition.

Inside, a chamfered spine beam and an open fireplace with a bressumer are notable features, along with a winder stair, plank door, and one original truss that remains visible.
