Description

White Cottage is a mid 18th century cottage located in Burrough End, Great Dalby. It is constructed of mud and brick, which is colourwashed, and features a steeply pitched corrugated iron roof. The building has a single brick ridge stack and is a single storey plus attics, consisting of two bays.

The front of the cottage has two two-light casement windows. To the right, there is a sloping dormer that also contains a two-light casement window. The left gable features a recessed 20th-century door with a 20th-century timber hood. To the right of this door, there is a two-light sliding sash window, and above it, a central two-light sliding sash window.
