Description

No. 2 Church Terrace is a mid to late 19th-century terraced house located in Melton Mowbray. It is constructed of red brick and features a concrete tile roof with gabled ends and a brick dentil eaves cornice. The house has brick stacks at the gable ends and is two storeys high with a single bay front. The windows are 19th-century four-pane sashes, each with painted stone lintels and cills. The entrance is on the left side of the front, featuring a doorcase with console brackets, a cornice, a rectangular overlight, and a 19th-century four-panel door. The rear and interior of the house have not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with other structures in the area.
