Description

This house, located 20 meters northwest of Middle Farmhouse, is dated 1810 as indicated by a plaque above the door. It is constructed of coursed ironstone with a pantiled roof and has two storeys arranged in three bays. The central entrance features a plank door with an overlight above it. There are two sash windows on each floor, all with glazing bars; the ground floor windows are set under segmental arches. The house has a dentil eaves cornice and a gabled roof, with internal gable-end stacks.
