Description

Beech Tree Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1785, located on the west side of Main Street in Sproxton. It is constructed of coursed ironstone and features a roof made of concrete corrugated tiles. The building stands two storeys high with an attic and is arranged in three bays. A central 20th-century door is situated below the datestone marked "DR 1785." The windows are 20th-century renewed sashes with glazing bars. The roof is gabled and has an internal end stack on the south side.
