Description
The icehouse in Old Gravel Hill Spinney dates back to 1812 or 1819, or possibly earlier. It features a brick dome approximately 4 meters in diameter, which is covered with turf. There is a north entrance that has stone revetments, and to the right of this entrance, there is an inscription that reads "HB-1812" or "1819."
