Description

Bethesda Chapel is a chapel built in 1823, as indicated by a plaque. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped concrete pantile roof with a later added lateral stack. The chapel is a single storey and consists of three bays. It has a brick console cornice, with the angles adorned by pilasters. The windows are two-light designs with Y-tracery. The west (north) doorway is a ritual entrance, featuring a pointed arched stucco architrave and double six-panel doors, with a blind two-light Y-traceried window positioned above it. There is a lower ritual extension to the east (south), which is not considered of special interest.
