Description

This is a cottage, originally built in 1743, with later additions from the 19th century. The walls are brick, set upon a rubble plinth, and the roof is covered with Welsh slate. Access to the property is from the rear. The front elevation features two two-light casement windows on each floor, each with a cambered brick head. A sill course is present at first-floor level, and the section of wall above this is a later addition. A small sliding casement window is located in the gable wall at first-floor level. Gable end stacks are present. The cottage was originally built as one structure with the adjacent property at number 32.
