No. 7 The Drive is a house that was originally one of the cottage homes built by the Leicester Poor Law Union in 1884, designed by architect I. Baradale. The building is constructed of brick and has a Welsh slate roof. It features a cruciform plan with three irregular bays and stands two storeys tall. The detail and design of this house are similar to those of No. 2 The Drive.
