House, formerly one of the cottage homes built by the Leicester Poor Law Union in 1884. Architect I. Baradale. Brick with Welsh Slate roof. Cruciform plan. 4 irregular bays. Same plan and orientation as No. 3, except that the right hand gable facing the drive does not have the recessed windows. 2 casements have gauged brick heads with voussoirs.
