Description
Brook Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in 1766. It is constructed of red brick and features a double range with a plain tile roof that has two brick stacks in the valley. The building has a dentil eaves cornice and stands two storeys high. The west elevation consists of two bays, with first and second floor brick bands. There is a central doorway with a segmental arch, which contains a 19th-century panelled door and a rectangular overlight. On either side of the doorway are glazing bar sashes set under segment heads, with two similar windows located above. The date 1766 is engraved on one of the bricks. Inside, there is a closed string stick baluster staircase.
