Description

Mill Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse located off Main Street in Milton, within the parish of Repton. The building is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with brick gable stacks. One gable is coped with plain kneelers, and there is a moulded dentil cornice. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a west elevation consisting of three bays. The taller range on the right includes two glazing bar sash windows on each floor, set under wedge brick lintels. The lower range on the left has a 2-light and a 3-light segmental headed casement window. To the left of this range is a segmental headed doorway with a plank door, alongside a blocked segmental headed window that has a 20th-century window set in it. Above, under the eaves, there is one 2-light casement window.
