Description

This is a house, now a shop, dating from the early 18th century. It's constructed of coursed sandstone with sandstone dressings, and has stone slate and Welsh slate roofs. The east elevation is symmetrical, with two bays. The central doorway features massive stone jambs and lintel, now with a 20th-century door. To the left of the doorway is a glazing bar sash window with a flush stone surround. To the right is a two-light square section flush mullion window. On the first floor, there are two two-light square section flush mullion windows. A 19th-century farmhouse is attached to the south, and 19th-century barns are attached to the north, but these are not of listable quality.
