Description
St Lawrence is a house dating from the 18th century and later. It is built from coursed rubble sandstone with sandstone dressings and has a roof made of stone slate and Welsh slate. The house features two stone ridge stacks and is two storeys high.
The west elevation has six bays and is irregular in design. The central three bays are symmetrical, featuring a central gabled porch with a pointed arched doorway that has a 20th-century panelled door. On either side of the porch are glazing bar sashes with stone lintels and sills, along with exterior shutters. Above the porch, there are three additional glazing bar sashes.
The left two bays are an addition and have 20th-century windows. The right bay shows a change in the masonry and includes a doorway with a lintel and a plank door. To the right of this doorway is a glazing bar sash with a stone lintel and sill, exterior shutters, and another glazing bar sash above.
