Description

The railings, gate piers, and bollards located east of the Church of St Lawrence date from the late 19th century and form the eastern boundary of the churchyard along the footpath. The gate piers are made of sandstone ashlar and are square in plan, positioned at the north end, with a single bollard situated between them. At the south end, there is an octagonal gate pier topped with a cast iron finial, along with three bollards across the footpaths. A semi-circular wrought iron arch with decorative finials spans the gate piers at the north end. This structure is included for its group value.
