Description
Dalebank Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of squared coursed sandstone and features a stone slate roof with coped gables and brick chimney caps on the ridge and the right-hand (east) gable. The south facade has two storeys and three bays. The first and second bays have three-light flush-mullioned windows on the ground floor. The right-hand bay contains a window with a doorway to its left, both having plain reveals. The first-floor windows have stone surrounds, although their central flat-faced mullions have been removed. The main doorway, located between the first and second bays, has a quoined surround and is currently covered by a 20th-century glass porch. There is an offshut at the rear.
