Description
The building, formerly known as the Bull's Head Inn, is a public house dated 1788, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed from coursed gritstone rubble and features quoins and flush gritstone dressings. The roof is slate, and there are stone gable end stacks. The entrance has a hooded doorcase with a moulded architrave. On the south side, there is a plain sash window with a flush surround, while the north side has two similar windows, one of which is next to the doorcase. Above the south window, there is another similar window, and to the north, there is a two-light flush mullion window with plain sashes. The arrangement of similar windows continues above. At the rear, there is a three-light flush mullion window. The building is included for its group value.
