Description

The Parish Room, built in 1841, is a single-storey structure made of gritstone ashlar. It features a Welsh slate roof with stone-coped gables and small octagonal ashlar gable stacks. The west elevation consists of three bays, with a continuous sill band. The central bay is slightly advanced and gabled, showcasing a group of four lancet windows that include key and impost blocks. Above these windows is a cast iron plaque inscribed with "PARISH ROOM/1841" and a circular opening adorned with bead moulding and a cast iron grill. On either side of the central bay are similar groups of four lancet windows.
