Description

Repton Cottage is an early 18th-century farmhouse with later additions at the rear. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features quoins, a graduated slate roof, and a brick ridge stack. The building has a double pile plan and stands two storeys tall, originally with a double front.

On the south facade, there are two 2-light recessed and chamfered mullion windows, both with rendered surrounds. One of these windows has been inserted into a former central doorcase, which has a massive stone lintel. To the east, there is a doorcase with a stone hood supported by brackets, leading to a panelled door. Above this door, there are two more 2-light recessed and chamfered mullion windows.
