The building is constructed from squared coursed limestone rubble, featuring quoins and flush dressings. It has a plain tile roof with stone coped gables and kneelers. The cottage is three storeys high with a single bay front. It includes 2-light mullioned windows on the ground and first floors, and smaller, chamfered windows at the eaves, which have leaded lights.
