Description

The garden wall to Number 72, built in the 18th century, is made of red brick with some stone coping. It runs along the boundary of School Lane. This wall is part of a group that includes Nos 38, 40, and 72, Pegg's Almshouses, Owlfield's Almshouses, The Mansion, the Summerhouse, and the cobbled pavements, all of which are associated with the parish Church of St Oswald and its churchyard gate piers, gates, and walls.
