  1. Circa 1849. Timber frame with herringbone brick nogging; single-storeyed; 4 tall wood mullioned windows overall, with "Gothic" cast iron glazing bars; slightly advanced gabled bay at each side; gabled ends with bold verges and overhanging, bracketed eaves; tiles.
