Description

These are three houses, numbered 92, 94, and 98, dating to approximately 1840. They are built of stone and stand three stories high, featuring three sash windows. Each house has a simple doorway with a rectangular fanlight and a Roman Doric portico. The houses have plain eaves, stone chimney stacks, and a hipped slate roof. They are part of a group with the Methodist Church located at numbers 50 to 86 (even) on North Parade, Matlock Bath.
