Description

Belmont is a two-storey stucco building dated 1847. It has a plain gable with two sash windows and a central doorway with a small, wood-gabled porch. A quatrefoil-shaped plaque displaying the date is set into the gable. The building is listed Grade II for Group Value, forming a group with Hillside and Belle View.
