Description

Southfield is a two-storey building dating from around 1820 to 1830, located on South Road. It features a seven-window stucco front that is positioned at right angles to the road. The front has a design that includes recessed panels and a parapet that sweeps up in the center. The first-floor windows have segmental heads and sashes with Gothic glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are four canted bay windows and a large porch. The road-facing side also has Gothic casements. Some alterations have been made to the building over time.
