Description

Derwent House, located at 210 Dale Road in Matlock Bath, is a late 18th century or early 19th century building constructed of uncoursed stone rubble. It stands three storeys high and features three sash windows with plain surrounds. The entrance has a plain surround and is fitted with a six-fielded panel door. The house has plain eaves and is topped with stone stacks and tiles.
